Concerned about CBAM?
So are we.
CBAM creates a range of compliance obligations, yet how precisely we are to meet them remains a huge question mark. If you’re feeling as lost as we are, then this is the programme for you! We’ve teamed up with CBAM specialist startup Cbamboo to develop a series of interactive webinars that deep dives into the practicalities of CBAM reporting. This series of webinars is FREE for independent importers and distributors of stainless steel and/or aluminium, but places are limited, so book your spot today! Save
Many of us were left wanting by the content of the EC’s recent “CBAM Transitional Registry: Traders’ Info session”. Importers are expected to file CBAM declarations on imports of Q4 2023 by 31/01/2024, yet many countries still need to designate their National Competent Authorities (NCA).
It’s a bit like asking us to pass our driving exams before traffic regulations have been finalised… To avoid stress in January, we’ll prepare CBAM with you as best we can. Our CBAM-programme is designed to be a progressive learning process, and will be adapted as and when information becomes available from the EC.
