The success of EURANIMI, the European Association of Non-Integrated Stainless Steel and Aluminium Importers & Distributors, is also anything but self-evident. “The association has contributed significantly to the fact that the supply chain in our industry is finally fully represented,” says Studemund. Of the classic associations, only the mills and the large manufacturers were represented; steel wholesalers did not feature in the political discussion.
